We want you to love your Pure Glow products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:
- Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 daysof delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare items.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business daysafter receiving your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
