We want you to love your Pure Glow products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

  1. Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 10 daysof delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare items.
    1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business daysafter receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
